Delisting assistance needed

Yeah we had this domain since 2013, we are not sure if the name of SEO in the domain is the cause of why its being listed because the domain contains SEO? our business provide cloud services mainly target YouTubers and podcasts, not sure how we ended up being here however the listing is back to 2015 from what it looks like from what we are able to find

And do you have disposable emails as part of the domain hosting to customers?

If so, I'm betting you can't keep an eye on what all of those hosts are doing. The reputation score is bad in a few places. Not just here.
Which means customers are up to no good.

Especially when support is provided on blakhat seo forums. Which are the home of link drop SEO spammers.

Black hat SEO is a practice against search engine guidelines, used to get a site ranking higher in search results

No we dont provide disposable emails or allow registration in our system with disposable emails, The reputation score is bad because they are all linked to the listing here as a toxic domain "Malicious/Spam" however I have attached a snapshot of our ips reputation, we respect what you are doing here on this forum and ourselves are on a mission to keep our network clean and malicious free

You offer any type of VPN/VPS/Cloud/Proxy-services. They might get infected/missused.

Here we care about Forum-Spam. Someone (or better some what) registered at a forum of the supporters and spammed around there. If it was a missuse of the api-key, it will be removed, if there is evidence, the listing wont be removed.

A lot of servers out there should use in directory (or htaccess) the rule to forbid (totally wrong and greedy REGEX here, DO NOT USE THAT!) .*server.*,.*seo.*,.*vpn.*,.*vps.*,.*cloud*,.*proxy*, because such hostnames are usually no humans and should not visit websites. The block happens then there, totally unrelated to any blocklist out there.

How does it effect your business, your ability to sell server-services, if they are not allowed to visit other websites? It looks like your business model is mainly TO VISIT OTHER WEBSITES (for what reasons ever).

Do you still use an 104er IP? The 69er is clean, the 104er has a lot of spammy problems at multirbl.valli.0rg, I think, most blacklists there are on SMTP, but usually after SMTP follews HTTP/S) soon.

the 104 might be from a provider back then when the company first started in 2013-2014 we used to lease some hardware from other providers with their ips/network, some would never update the IP SWIP and remove our name after we are done and we would have to chase them for it, some would remove our name some wont however none of the ips we own is on the 104.x.x.x range

As a VPS provider in general, not all clients would use the server for the right purpose and these type of clients we would terminate and have no intention to keep, you never know until you get abuse claim

To answer your question why it affects our business because the listing here is causing the reputation of the domain to be flagged as Malicious, most RBL copy for each others as you know, you are listed 1 place you are already Malicious

We are trying to find the cause of any issue and fix it and this is why we want your help on delisting us here as this is listing is from 2015 from what it looks like, it never brought up to our attention until some of our clients start letting us know that our domain is flagged as a high risk domain

I'll remove this shortly.  Looking at your AUP, its very convenient that you don't allow EMAIL spam but will happily sell VPS space that will be used for posting millions of forum spams without issue, which I guess if why a search for your domain name results in almost exclusively people using your VPS for blackhat seo/spamming.

We all know what "SEO vps" servers are used for.  You even advertise your servers on forums dedicated to this criminality

The lists update daily and will clear themselves shortly

Thank you for looking into this, you are correct 100% agree, we had the SEO name as thats most of marketer would search for first thing and of course it would get legit customers and spammers, but today's however we dont allow spam on all its form on our network and we dont tolerate it, you never know until you receive an abuse claim

Thank you for looking into this, we advertise everywhere not just this forum and we believe you are referring to one specific forum that almost all providers today advertise there too sadly for the fact it does get leads, however to allow spammers or legit client is a choice some providers allow it some dont, we don't

Anyway, We appreciate you that you delisted us and if there anything we can do to help this project, we would love to be part of it
