Spamers list

I run a forum and am receiving a lot of spams, but none of it get through thanks to a CAPTCHA I installed (I just edited the PHP code). Then I have a script that removes bots and publishes them at:
http://dcf.outducks.org/logs.html
Maybe someone would be interested in taking info from this list?
Shouldn't the list of spammers be automatically updated?

Does this list differenciate between a genuine spammer and someone who gives up ,possibly as a result of irritation after a few wrong attempts?
Could that person find himself blacklisted?
