url for api with or without https?
I've had an xf forum for about 2 months and I just happened to notice that it's automatically configured to check data from SFS without the admin having to do anything.
Looking at the settings I saw that I can insert an api to send you the data.
This option should be very evident (at least in your site) because only in this way your site can grow more and more...
I went to create an api on your site but it doesn't specify anywhere if I have to insert the url with https or without https.
By the way in the description refer to http://www.stopforumspam.com/contributors without https
I had known about SFS years ago when I used it for a couple of years in a vbulletin forum.
Today I'm back on the site and I thought it was an abandoned project...

Most of the DB is built via honeypots, although personal submissions are certainly helpful
Look further down the API Usage page & you will see that HTTPs *is* supported.

Re: url for api with or without https?
For personal contributions in my opinion are the forums that use your service.
Anyway, I took a look at your page
https://www.stopforumspam.com/contributors
and practically they are almost all with http since they have been using https for years and I clicked on about 10 sites and all of them were no longer online.
This made me think that your site was no longer active.
What I told you is just advice (it's not uncritical) but then you do as you like...

Re: url for api with or without https?
You didn't answer my question though...
When I enter the site to request the api, I have to enter
https://www.mysite.com
or
www.mysite.com
Not being specified, I don't know what is right to insert.

Re: url for api with or without https?
You can enter either but HTTPS is preferred if your site supports it.
HTTP is supported here as there is a LOT of clients that still use it for whatever reason they have.
