Emails added as subscribers but not coming through the signup.

We have MailPoet associated with our website. New subscribers can join up via multiple website forms. Lately, email addresses have been added to the mail poet lists, but they are just showing up on the lists and are not coming from the website forms. 

Does anyone know how they are populating?

They come in at about 20 to 100 per day, and most show the name Robert Triah, no matter the email address. A spot check reveals that many email addresses are legitimate and others are invalid.
